Still melting away...did the last three days 0 thats spelled zero carbs....and one fasting day...every Wednesday i fast...in keto you are never hungry so that makes the fast so easy. My wife is worried but she is in the blood diet, she cant believe her eyes...triple XXX shirt now a lose fit in one X. I will take after pic of me when i get to 170 lb...I only wanted to lose 20lbs..soon will be 50 lbs.what happened? Hey Phil it is all your fault.
I changed my goal for the third time to 170 lbs now...i love it.
80.7 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
