I had a light lunch as we were planning to eat out this evening. We had a nice dinner at Brio's where I got Blackened Tilapia with grilled vegetable (mostly carrots and green beans). It was very good and I made myself stop eating when I wanted to consume it all. Later I wasn't hungry so I got stopped in time. Wednesday a.m. then I was lighter.
77.2 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
