Grandkids are here. I'm eating what I fix for them. Not good, but great having them here. Took them to the movies last night, I did forgo the pop and popcorn, so that was a positive at least. I haven't done awful, but way over on carbs.
93.0 kg Lost so far: 27.2 kg.    Still to go: 31.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

I watch my 2 grandsons before and after school, then during the summer M-F all day. I have gradually changed their diet into more healthy choices. I find myself wanting to eat "their" food which was definitely not on my plan!

Having your grandkids for a visit is a special occasion in my books. Don't over-do it, but definitely indulge enough to make lasting memories for both them and you!
