Uh oh, bit of a gain. I guess I can't do the off Sunday thing anymore until I figure out what number to hit. I have got to admit the Blizzard from DR didn't help things. LOL. Well new month, new week. I plan to work in the yard two to three days this week plus music gig days should give me enough activity to get me back on track. Also shoot for at least a 1000 calorie deficit per day. Let's do it. Spring time is moving time!
113.4 kg Lost so far: 9.9 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Well I know what you mean. last week after weighing in a 151.5 I hit a low 148. Sugar and not eating rite got me back to 151.5. Man is it hard to retain yourself after stepping off the farm.
