day 5..goooooood mornin... guess riding that road bike yesterday kept the weight droppin offf..il take it as long as it continues..im sure that sooner or later i will hit a plateau...but hoping that wont happen for a few more days..i know the weight is comin off faster then i expected...probably not eating enough for my size of a guy, but im full when i eat..have several errands to run today..gonna sign up for the gym on the days i dont ride the bike..lol..that will only be rainy days..plan today is to do another short ride..had only planned on doing a 30 minute ride yesterday...but went over...was enjoyin it so much..was just so nice to enjoy a morning ride..im hopin to do more miles this year then last...my goal is 1500..one day at a time...gets you to the goal...have a great day...

update..no bike ride today..went in to get bike shorts on...mind said yes lets do it..body said no not in the mood today..went back into the living room an went back to sleep in chair..lol..
