Another day of running errands - got the Leslie Sansone walk 4 fast miles DVD from the library and did
it last night - 50 minutes - not much of a workout actually but I did get my steps in so I guess that's what counts.

67.6 kg Lost so far: 6.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
