Woo hoo! Scale is showing a loss today. I cut calories more and looked up calories before eating it. I could've done better if I had drank more water, but I drink less when I know I'll be traveling. C'est la vie.

One day, one meal, one decision at a time.
74.4 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
