WTF... I can't believe I'm gaining weight since I started counting calories. Not sure what to do differently.
74.7 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Cut your calories. Don't use the RDI this site gives you--it's generally too high. Research some other calorie calculators on the web, and then change your RDI on this site. Good luck!

You might be eating too many calories. If you are going by the RDI on this site, they are pretty high. You might go to 1500 a day and see what happens.

You could try to eat less calories. I think 1500 a day could be a good start! Try different diets and see which one works for you. For example, the "low fat high carb diet" works best for me: 10-20% fat, 60-70% carbs and 20% protein. Stay away from processed foods and eat only lean protein and good fats (olive oil, coconut oil). Thanks for the input. I didn't realize the RDI was that much higher, it's been a while since I've really counted calories.
