I will take any loss so I am happy. I did change my goal to reflect an ultimate loss off 60 pounds when I hit my goal.

112.5 kg Lost so far: 10.8 kg. Still to go: 11.8 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.3 kg a Week
