Not surprised the weight loss wasn't more. Went out to dinner with friends on Saturday. Had Indian food and did splurge and have the poori bread which was delicious. My husband and I shared Tandoori chicken and vegetable korma. I did not have the rice or any dessert. It was good to go out, though. I also "cheated" somewhat by eating after 8 pm a couple of nights last week. Need to go back to my original plan.

This weekend was lousy here weather wise. Had snow Sunday into Monday. Today is clear skies but very cold. Makes you just want to snuggle up and before I would want to eat comfort foods but now I'm not craving it at all! I love LCHF!
94.3 kg Lost so far: 23.7 kg.    Still to go: 26.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
