well, after ballooning to 213# over the weekend (appointment with clinic doc yesterday) I'm was back to where I was in january, still in the 'healthy' range, but not what I WANTED TO ACHIEVE.
I noticed with a heavier carbo-load I feel listless, lethargic and my various trains of thought start heading down tracks I don't want to go...
today I'm headed back down again...
I think I overloaded when that feeling of isolation, loneliness and a kind of grief (that at times feels empty, vacuous, dark and cold) hit me again...who the F!@# invented "comfort food"? like those damn Carl's jr chocolate chip cookies.
