I went from 39.5 to 38 inches according to my measuring at home. At the gym I measured 34 inches. I don't' understand?
78.5 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Wearing exercise tights? They hold my stomach in...LOL

My trainer measured me. No tights and measured the same place at home as the gym. Very confusing.

Going with the trainer and hold you head up high, we need all the positive reinforcement we can get.

SJF with all the disappointments we face in life we have to hold on to those little things that makes up jump up and down and do an air high 5.

Here is the reality...every person measures a little differently! Some pull it tighter, others put fingers under the tape... SJF, since your trainer is doing the measureing I'm betting it's more accurate than when you do it yourself! Consider him or her the expert and go with what they say :D congrats you're doing fabulous!
