And I thought I was doing great on this 5 carb challenge! My waist is down 1" and hips down 1/2" since this challenge started. I call that success so far!!! :)
66.5 kg Lost so far: 41.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I didn't get in on this challenge since it started while I was on my trip. Maybe there will be another one later. So glad you are doing well and shrinking away!
