Well i was fine all morning, being Sunday i said i would not fast but would be careful what goes through my mouth. B'fast was a breeze - fruit. I packed a picnic lunch - a ciabatta with tomatoes, rucola, parsley, 2 olives and some bean paste... and fruits, black coffee and water. Lovely picnic, trekked for 8km with lots of challenging uphills. back home by 3:30 pm and i was not hungry. Hubby prepared white lasagne and baked potatoes, said he was hungry and next thing i know i am eating! Finished like another half glass of red wine and coffee with cake....napped for like an hour and i wake up and start snacking on breadsticks, twistees....could not stop myself! it will show up on my weigh scales for sure tomorrow.
58 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
