Workout to day skip rope to Miley and 15 min FYM

Housework took up time

Ended up eating sausage for b'fast which i took early... these are my downfall, i pop them in microwave...i don't know why i even opened the fridge today!

I should prepare my lunch early as today i broke my intermittent fasting at 09:30 instaed of 11:30.

at office at 09:55 cals burnt 295 steps 5180
59.4 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
