Week Seven of 2016


Plan for 2016
- Smaller goals, starting with 1/2 a pound per month minimum. Missed for Feb
- No less than 2 hours a week for working out. Missed for Feb
- Veggies with every dinner. Missed for Feb
- No more than one alcoholic drink (mixed drink or hard cider) per week (may be altered for holidays, can save up the weekly drinks to have multiple at an event). Missed for Feb


.....can you tell February was an overall fail? Too much stress, not enough time, not enough sleep. I'm not even sure how I managed the .4 pound decrease this week, but at least its a trend in the right direction (I'm also crazy hopeful that it'll drop even more next week, because TOM is this week).

I made the decision yesterday to drop my online economics course in an effort to decrease my stress level. I didn't see a point in dropping $2k in a class that I was probably going to fail thanks to stress. At first I regretted it, but I think it'll turn out for the best.

SO! New month right around the corner, and I'm ready for it! #shine2016

2/1 - 2/28 Weight: 1 pound gain.

You have to take care of yourself. Instead of seeing what you did Not complete, how about what you did accomplish? You lost .4 pounds - very close!

Stress will ruin a diet program of any kind...you need to get a handle on stress and deal with it....a diet is hard enough without the problem of stress to deal with. work on it and good luck to you.
