I have finally crossed the halfway mark...👏👏🍾🎉🎉🎉20kg down...Thank you to all my wonderful FS family..,your wise words and encouragement have kept me going.May this 2016 be our lightest year yet😀

I'm inspired Nicki, I'm going to keep at it no matter what. I have to lose 11 kg, and from your weight tracker, i see its possible.

Kat-Angel, it is possible...I think losing weight is probably one of the hardest things a person can do. I have managed to get this far...from the tips, info and amazing support from my buddies here on FS as well as to keep picking myself up each time I fall off the horse. All the best- am sure you will pick up tips from FS and be successful in dropping those 11kgs:-) you can do this!!
