blood 116,measurements up an inch been feeling bloated a few days,its ok.weight went down.i feel good on this cloudy rainy day knowing that i am on the right path.
84.8 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 28.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
