way less bloated.havent had cheese or MIM in a few days.everything else is the same so i guess i will keep those two out of diet for awhile.feel so much better not bloated.i really like both the forbidden foods so i am going to try them again someday.hope everyone is successful today on their journey.happy thursday.

You're doing great! However, if you are only eating 4 or 500 calories a day (like your diet calendar shows) you're going to kill yourself and not make much headway. Eat small portions more often, and record everything you eat. You'll be amazed at how much you'll lose without feeling like you're starving to death.

i eat 3 good meals a day.my calories r low becuz i am only allowed 45 carbs a day.i dont feel like i am starving.just hungry when i need to eat.i think i am doing pretty good with a lb. a week loss.i do appreciate ur input.i really dont know how i could add more cal. without going over 45 carbs.more meat i guess.thanks.
