Workout:
3 mins jumping rope to Miley - I cant wait to see you again

50/10 intervals doing 5 exercises for 4 rounds = total 20 mins
1. jumping rope
2. high knees
3. jumping jacks
4. jump lunges
5. criss- cross jumps

30/30 intervals doing a circuit of 10 exercises for 30 sec with 30 secs jogs in between for a total of 10 mins
1. lunges with side twist
2. T planks
3. Y squats
4. side plank with arm twist
5. mountain climbers
6. bridge with reach
repeat from top from 1- 4

Cool down and stretching for 7 mins

Housework: washed car, washed 3 bathrooms, 2 loads laundry, washed bedroom windows

at work desk 09:50am cals burnt 416 steps 8205

Yesterday did Jane Fonda workout after tutoring, went to bed 10:30... B'fast today at 11:30am - last meal last night was 19:30 ( water biscuits and cheese)

58.6 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
