I gained a pound, I've been sick the last week. Not really eaten anything I shouldn't, just no exercise. Felt like I didn't want to move. I began getting back on track yesterday. Didn't feel like it, but walked a mile, & did a few weight exercises. Afterward I felt better, so I'm planning on getting back on track, can't give up. Hope everyone has a great week.
91.2 kg Lost so far: 33.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
