Have to cut out the wine and we would be on track.
100.8 kg Lost so far: 9.4 kg.    Still to go: 21.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yeah, celebrating some small victories since we've returned. Really no excuse - I should go for a run instead. Just being lazy, I know that - will not happen this week.
