Just a short note this morning because I'm short of time, I'll try to add more later.

I did decide to have 2 LC beers during the game but skipped the snacks but today back on track, I think my biggest problem this week will be not eating cheese but I have to do it so I will because I know I can I have before.

71.7 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Something that helps me when I try to limit cheese is I go spicy. I use salsa, hot sauce, spicy chorizo, etc....Don't know why, just kinda evolved that way !
