I've added more cheese lately so I'm wondering if that is slowing things down (weight and "processing"). I'm going to back off on that and go back to my simpler menu and see what happens. I had enough water yesterday so it wasn't just that.

I love opportunities for learning about my body ;) Yeah...

Hanging in. Stay focused, stay hydrated, wait for my body to remember what it's supposed to be doing.
