Found it hard to eat enough of the right foods. I filled up immediately after my blanched veggies. My sweet tooth hit around 8:30...i was babysitting for five kiddies all under 10... I got away with only having a 1/2 cup of strwbry ice cream...I am so weak...lol
100.3 kg Lost so far: 4.0 kg.    Still to go: 16.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
