Woke swollen, bloated and sore. No more processed Chinese food. The shoveling accounts for the soreness but the swell is all reaction to the food.
101.9 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 18.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
