weight and measurements stayed the same probably do to lack of exercise going to step up the exercise.want to be 180lbs. by nov. 22.i figure if i can do close to 30 min. twice a day!
85.7 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 29.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

No worries, it will get there, but you did good coming on and checking in. I haven't recorded my weight in sooooo long - I HATE recording 'ups' and right now I am 'up' - about 185 lb. I miss my old scale, the one I used to weigh on.
