i know this makes no sence but i have lost a lb. and an inch since yesterday.dont see how a little more exercise could give me results (that i wanted to see yesterday) but i dont care.this encourages me to try to double up on my work out daily.i can pretty much guarentee that i wont be doing that when i meet my goal to maintaine,my legs were killing me!i am a realist....i know i am not going to double up or on somedays even get 30 min. in but i do promise i will try because i have the low carb eatting down,i know exercise is the key that will unlock the stronger,healthier....doesnt hurt to be skinnier,ME!!!!my blood sugar was way better than yesterday too.132 to 117.last week was very stressfull.i am taking this as a sign that things r looking up.
