Don't know how that happened. I got on the scale more than once to see if it was a fluke. I guess I'll take it.
I am now HALF WAY to my first goal!

100.3 kg Lost so far: 9.9 kg. Still to go: 25.9 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 4.6 kg a Week
