I'm ok with a "pause" today. I didn't get my walks in yesterday so I'm not surprised it didn't move and glad it didn't go up. Still on plan with food and leaning forward into the changes with exercise. Just decided to take a rest day yesterday. My body was whispering so I listened. Will try to get a good one in today if the weather cooperates. We're supposed to get rain all day which is weird for FL. Usually a few hours and gone.

Hoping today will be the end of the super-stressful week and next week will be easy but not holding my breath. Got through the emotionally hard part early in the week so now it's just OMG work to get done today. Not fun but I can do this. It's why they hired me. "Growing, learning, growing, learning..." Soooo much funnn.....

Starting tomorrow I have a kitty for 2 weeks while my friend is out of town. I'll have to get one of the kids to come love on her for an overnight while I'm at the corp office for the meeting next week (they changed it from this week to next). So Tues/Wed next week will be a challenge to get ANY movement in between travel and meetings. Had planned to stay at one of the managers' house but considering staying at a hotel so I can use the treadmill and at least keep the scale at status quo instead of going up. If I'm at someone's house, there's no way to do it for those days.

Well, here we go. I'll take on the day as though this was my first day and I'm eager to please and impress. I truly am learning throughout the process. Some about the job, some about me. Both are valuable. Just not comfortable. But oh well.
