lost 0.1 kg eventhough i ate pizza yesterday. It was a beautyfull reward for me, for taking the child-size pizza and not having entree's or ice afterwards... i was proud of myselve, and so is the scale ;)
107.2 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 15.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
