Yes, the good news is I lost 3/4 pound today and I am elated. I drank lots of water and ate lots of protein and avoided carbs! Now I am motivated to not blow my good fortune and stay focused.
79.0 kg Lost so far: 12.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
