I do believe I have a handle on today's meals. My breakfast was the old standby of sausage and 2 eggs. I threw in a third cup of cottage cheese for good measure. No lunch was awesome too, I made a tostada with taco meat shredded cheese and picante sauce. When I make the tostada crunchy and cut it into 8 little wedges, it takes me longer to eat it. The taco meat, the cheese and picante sauce really makes a good tasting tostada, and because it is flavorful, I feel like I am cheating, but I am not. Diet food can be so boring. If a person is not satisfied with a great tasting meal they have a tendency to go looking for something else to eat.
I have already turned down an opportunity to eat dinner at McDonalds before we go bowl, so I am feeling pretty proud of myself right now.
My husband likes to bowl a practice game before we start so I will get my share of exercise in today.

Fm amazed at how many low carb recipes there are even recipes using slow cookers all you have to do is Google low carb slow cooker or just low carb to find a lot of new ideas for preparing your old favorites or at least minimizing the caloric impact the old recipe has like using applesauce where oil are used in a recipe for me I realize that diet is important but so is keeping the body moving
