I'm off the RFL diet and back to being vegan. It took a few days to transition, but I am eating what I like to eat now: vegggies and fruits and nuts. Yum.

The RFL diet works really well, but it's weird having to eat so much meat. It's hella different from the vegan food I like to eat. It did what it was supposed to do, and I'm glad to be off of it now. Plus, a lot of what I lost was water weight. Maybe all 2.5 pounds? So I'm expecting a rise in weight right now. Let's see how I'm doing...

161. Not bad. I wonder how much of that is water weight. I know I lost a lot of body fat, though. Look:

I love that! I lost fat AND gained muscle! o wonder I feel so hot. :) :)

It's not even 9am, and I am up on my last Saturday before classes. Today will be full of chores and fitness and cleaning, all in preparation for the new semester. I feel so happy that I really used the winter break to work on my fitness and lose some weight. I hope I can continue being healthy as the semester kicks up, something that I find difficult. I'm happy, however, that I weaned off of sugar-ladden coffee and began drinking coffee black. That should help considerably.
