so after 8 months of doing nothing due to a back injury i feel and look awful.
Now that surgery is complete and i can start getting back into some exercise i am determine not to slip again!!!!!
90 kg Lost so far: 17.1 kg.    Still to go: 15 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
