Not too bad considering all the carbs I have eaten in the last couple of weeks. Monday I started back with more exercise and intensity so I am hoping that this little blip is just that little and that next week I am headed back down. Also all the carb "junk" is now out of the house. i put the last of it down the garbage disposal last night. whew! Happy New Year!!
78.9 kg Lost so far: 20.4 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
