Unbelievable, this Keto Diet has got my pounds sliding away.
98.4 kg Lost so far: 26.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Went to Dr. today. I got one who supports Low Carb. Told me I was doing great, keep with it. Had to stop at store & buy 2 new pairs of pants. Had to buy a new belt also.
