Don't let the Devil get at you. You are not fat, you are a work in progress. We all are...even people who don't struggle with weight issues. I see you lost 1.5 pounds in 5 days. That is great and you are on your way!!!

Hey, maybe you won't get over all your insecurities, I haven't "yet," but I keep trying. Everyone you know has insecurities. Some of us are better at hiding it then others. You are losing weight and that is a great thing. You should be patting yourself on the back for that. If your insecurities were winning you wouldn't be losing and you ARE losing so, that tells me you are "winning." Maybe not as fast as you wish, but that too is okay, you are still wining. Just like losing weight, losing insecurities also takes time and effort. You will get there, I know you will. Work on them, one at a time and I assure you, you will get there.
