I'm irritated but not surprised and I haven't given up. Back on track today with water and food. Got some movement in the past couple days but the food wasn't where it needed to be. Today I "got it together" again so forward ho.

On a positive note, my eldest son becomes a permanent FL resident again today and I get him at my house for a whole week :) It'll be nice to see him again (as he flies in and out on his way to his friends lol).

Hang in there. It takes extra diligence this time of year. Pat yourself on the back for being on top of this and taking action. This takes patience and persistence. But think about how wonderful it will be to be in the new body you are creating.
