Obviously all those carbs at Thanksgiving got me. I enjoyed the holiday with family and so now back to more discipline. On the other side of that because I knew I was going to have a gain this week I totaled my exercise for the month. I walked 30 1/4 miles and I biked 181 1/4 miles, for exercise. So I am not going to beat myself up but rather be thankful of how far I have come. Be kind to yourself!!
78.4 kg Lost so far: 20.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
