My efforts have been rewarded! A 4 pound loss! I am very pleased with myself. I have been too busy to think about food. I battled with the Christmas tree lights, and finally won as of yesterday around 5pm. It was a 2 day effort I have a prelit tree and for 10 years it has been faithful. this year I had a couple of sections that wouldn't light and trying to find the culprit that was causing the problem was a nightmare. I replaced about 20 burned out bulbs, but it is designed to light even with the burned out bulbs. Finally I got this little gadget called a "Light Keeper Pro" out and click, click, click and they all lit up. I could have wept with joy! I am going to be busy again today, Shopping!
77.6 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
