I had a very good day yesterday. I almost ate a dinner roll, I had it all buttered and everything. Then I reconsidered and gave it to my husband. Yes, it was the right thing to do.
Tonight is bowling night. It is good exercise and I really enjoy doing it. I hope I do well, it is always more fun when you get a few spares and strikes.

Awesome! I like watching my family enjoy things I can't eat. My wife was recently put on blood pressure medication so she's having to get used to the idea that she's going to have to adjust her diet, but she's got my full support so maybe that will help.
