We are getting some snow right now and I hate to say it but I'm a little bit excited. Cross country and downhill skiing is exercise that is fun for me...an hour or more goes by very quickly, but the body sure feels it after, in a good way.

I've also already had two great powder days in our beautiful Rocky mountains which are 3 hours away, very nice!!
99.3 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
