Just got back from a three day backpacking trip. I hiked about 23.5 miles over 3 days. I feel great afterward too. I am getting healthier. Got back and weighed myself. I lost about 5 lbs. during the trip. I'm going to try very hard to control the eating and keep exercising, so that I don't gain that back.
