Friday night had little one over and what I bought to eat had WAYYYY too much salt. Still battling it out. Yesterday had no coffee but also almost no water which didn't help. Food yesterday was on plan.

Today will stay on target with food and up the water til I float. Should be back to normal in a day or 2.

Happy Monday buddies...
