timriley's Journal, 05 Nov 15

Yeah yeah I know I've been a bad boy. Just a lot of things going since my dad's death and I kind of sorta jumped off the wagon. I know my eating habits have gone downhill a bit but I'm ready to get back on there and hit my goal weight. I think it's also going to help when I start PT next week to help me get back some of the quality of life I lost since since my wreck.

It took me 3 mos before I could even think of eating right after my son passed. I'm still releasing the weight I gained from that painful time.

I hear plans to work on yourself both mentally and physically in the journal you wrote today. You have had some tough things to deal with and still you are considering what is needed to take good care of yourself again. When you are ready we are here to support.

Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and get back in the game. You've got this!

My sympathy on the loss of your dad. Take time to grieve, and then you can move on to take better care of yourself.
