Slowly but surely. Trying to get more sleep. Trying to make sure I show a deficit each day with calories in/out. Still need to move more but I feel I'm back on track. The FitBit really helps out.
118.0 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 17.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.9 kg a Week
