how did i lose a lb. in 3 days. i just couldnt stay away from scale this morning.so excited. got new exercise machine last nite.cant wait to try it
88.0 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 31.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
