I did pretty well yesterday. My friend (who can't cook and I cook for sometimes) texted me last night that she had dinner for us, meat and veg and that it just needed to be heated. So she brought dinner (angus beef with carrots and potatoes) which tasted like beef stew and really was good. I didn't have a lot and mostly meat. The rest of the day was pretty good. Got to see the grandbaby and she's growing like a weed. Feels much more like she's 3 than 2 at this point but she's got some opinions on her the last month or so lol. Finished a bunch of schoolwork and grocery shopping and stayed up too late reading a book. All in all, not a bad day.

Making myself be curious about today. I tend to go with the flow, just "do it" and I think I miss opportunities to be impressed. I'm going to experiment with changing that today. Happy Monday buddies...
