Today I am trying, no, I'm GOING to re-set my lifestyle, health and fitness. I have been so all consumed with raising my grandson (now 15mos.) and my work that I have somewhat put myself on the back burner. I know I do better with a healthier lifestyle routine. So, with some reorganizing and conscious effort from this day forward I will live, work, and play in a much healthier way!
